6 exercises to stabilize your hips

To work on the stability of your hips can be quite challenging, but it’s very important. Eventually your hip is an important joint with lots of functions. Problems and injuries can take a long time and hurt much. Therefore hip stabilization is important either for your everyday life and for your training.
